Ready to discuss

When and Where? Any suggestions? Skype again?

This is just a thought and it would certainly enable a lot of work and bonding to be done!

I would like all committee to meet together before Christmas - maybe 5th and 6th December in Melbourne at Karen's House or similar.

I have not really thought through the logistics and how we fund the travel for the interstaters, but it seems that VIC would be a good central point.

How does it sound?

I will say it's sounds like a fabulous plan, but since i'm in Melbourne i don't have to work out logistics of travel, so i'll let others decide.

Sounds great - would to meet everyone in person! And a trip to Melbourne - even better!!

If we cant pull this together, would everyone be able to make a skype meeting on the evening of the 6th?

That weekend should be fine for me, but I would suggest an early lunchtime or afternoon meeting. If people do travel to Melbourne, it would be better to get there and back in the same day.

I had a quick look at airfares - they seem a bit expensive - given the short notice and being December.
ROAD TRIP sounds OK - whose drivin'?

If the date is left too much later then people will be busy with other Christmas and family events. We have a lot to get through in the first discussion. If people are not able to do 5-6th - please suggest when might be good. It does not help us if you just say you are not available.

Sophia - we may need one of those voting things to have a date decided upon.

I have a feeling that we may not be able to get a weekend VERY SOON that we can get everyone together on. But be wared - if you do not attend you may be assigned a number of tasks::

I should be able to make it most other times. I would have to fly across as is a day there and a day back.

I am free the 5th and 6th so far. If it is decided quickly, then I will book it in my calendar. To far for me to drive as well.
If you call the meeting something appropriate (related to sport deveopment), any costs may be used for development credits against next years IFSS fees.

Sunday 6 Dec by skype for me as I will be flying back in from NZ on Saturday to Sydney and driving back to Canberra sat night or Sunday morn.

Anyone who can get together would be advised to do so.

Can we do it perhaps at 3pm? If I fly down I do will have to get back home that day. Getting a bit busy before Christmas.

There is a 9pm flight which I would like to get. How far is away from the Airport is the meeting?

Klaus, you may as well save your pennies, and we'll have this meeting via skype, and plan for an in person one in a few months - if everyone is in agreeance?
