I bought a scooter off david pettifer, Cardihill? carts, I found him really friendly and helpfull. he also makes the 3 wheeled rigs I believe.

Alternatively, there is also Dave Pettifer and Cardiprin Carts. Unfortunately, I dont have details for either. They may be under the equipment links pages. If you are after something whizz bang from the US you could contact Brett Hadden at Sleddog Tours as he was bringing in some dryland sleds at one stage.
