    I'd like to bring to your attention:

    Logo - I've organised with the printer for our bumper stickers. Unfortunately, the logo we have is not clear enough for them. Does anyone have the original? We've gone through the old stuff that was handed over and there's nothing clearer in amongst that. The printer can clean the logo up for us but it will cost an additional $68.00 but I guess if we haven't got the original then we will need a master copy for cards, banners, etc. Would be good if someone has it on file somewhere... Thought we'd ask...

    Banners - I've got a quote for 900mm by 2.5m digitally printed on vinyl with ropes and eyelets. Cost was $365.00 (inc GST) so it sounds like Klaus is getting a good deal if you can get 2 for $352.00 (inc GST). We like the sound of smaller flag-sized signage as we would like a smaller one to take to races and set up an ASSA table / shop with the merchandise under the awning of our caravan. This we can do at most races, given permission

    Other equipment - Also in the information that was handed over from previous committees, we came across some information to say that ASSA has 2 x ASSA signs, one timing machine, 60m bunting, 39 bibs, 28 red trail markers, 26 blue, 10 yellow and 2 x No Parking signs. Does anyone know where these are??? It would be good if we could find them...

    I'll have a look through my stuff from the olden days for a logo.
    Shaun Butcher was the last one to have the timer and the other stuff i have no idea about

    Should I go ahead and get the printers to clean up the logo for $68 as we need to get these stickers made up before Christmas so they can go out with the memberships in the new year. If I can forward a copy of the logo or get them to clean the original up, and let them know by early next week, they can have them ready for the Christmas break. Kath and I can organise the memberships over the Christmas holidays.

    Have we made a final decision on the membership card?

    In relation to all the other ASSA equipment, the document we found was put together by Clem - would it be possible for Klaus to contact Clem to check if he knows who might now have them?

    From what Andrew said, Shaun Butcher might still have the timer because it was not in the box of stuff he handed over to us. Could either Anna or Soph contact him to find out (best of luck!!)

    It would be nice to gather in all these assets and then one person retain them and replace or renew as necessary.

    I've looked far and wide - i have nothing clearer for you to use. Get them to clean it up, the $ are minimal to do it.

    Can Klaus confirm the deal please - it does sound very good. The small ones would be good too.
