Insurance 2010 - URGENT

I have the 2010 renewal notice for ASSA insurance. This is due to be paid on 01 Dec 2009.
There are 2 parts to the insurance -- a) Club Liability --- due $897.00
b) Group Personal Accident

The Group Personal Accident -- for whatever reason was NOT paid for this year ( The amount due was $220.00)
I do not know how we will get on for next year in relation to this. Do we need to pay last years to get it again for this year ?????

The problem was that it came as 2 separate parts -- this caused confusion as to what should or had been paid.

We need to change the Address on the policy to --- Kathy - will need your address


Cheryl --- do you have any cheques? I can sign them if you need them signing. But need 2 signatures. If we do not have time to organise cheque - can do direct deposit or it can be paid by Credit Card.


Kathy or Andrew --- Should someone ring up and ask about the "Group Personal Accident" for next year??? And change address?



Sorry about the late notice on this -- but Only it only recently came to Paul and he brought it over today.

Hi Karen

Further to our conversation earlier today, I would like to confirm the following;

Ford Kinter were late with the renewals due to some backend problems
We have 14 days to pay the renewal
Group accident was not taken out last year as indicated and i have been emailed the policy today.
There are no issues with starting the group accident policy this month and we don't have to back pay at all for last year.

In short its business as usual and we should just pay the policies and not get be concerned.

I have received in the mail tonight a Parcel Collection Notice from Australia Post and Anne has confirmed with me via email that she did post the books last night. I will collect them from the Post Office Friday morning (day off) and get the cheque away to Ford Kinter on Friday.
