Re: Hello new committee and welcome
Hey Klaus,
This committee section can only be viewed by those on committee - it is a hidden group from the regular forum.
The ASSA members section is the same.
So the general public will only see all the forums bar those two.
When you join up you will have read/write access to the public areas - however admin needs to "upgrade" your membership to allow you to see the hidden groups.
Hope this helps you understand things a bit.
If you have any further discussion topics for the general public area just let me know!
Soph

Re: Hello new committee and welcome
I think we need as a committee to start communicating through here rather than all those emails. Votes for each item need to post a separate heading when they arrive to whom ever. And other business that arises, that way we have a record of what comes in and what we do about it. The members areas we can keep track of any suggestions ideas etc and then deal with it in committee. Once this sits behind the website too easy. Go Soph and Lisa whatever makes it easier for the both of you, Im with.

Re: Hello new committee and welcome
Thank goodness someone knows how to use forums, the email trail was terrible and so confusing and worse when multiple subjects ended up under the subject re: re: re: re: re: ASSA stuff. Please continue to keep the topics separate and can we close off a topic when decision made and action happened, archive it?
Like this one now I am the last to join and we all feel welcome.

Re: Hello new committee and welcome
Mmm, Chez, would love to take the credit for race dates but I think Lisa might have done that.....where is it?. I did however do the ACT track locations, yay, I'll take credit for that, I lifted it off our website (thanks Lisa) and tweaked it a bit.
