So is this Sunday's meeting the monthly NC meeting as well as the open discussion with members? The other posts says it won't be a structured meeting and no minutes will be taken, but I assume that's not the case with the above agenda.

Has anyone been contacted by non committee members wanting to attend? I haven't. Are we doing this via conference call or Skype? If there aren't many people indicating they wish to call in or attend, then i do suggest we save costs and do this via skype again.

I won't be able to make it up to Karens, so logging in via Skype (or conference call) will be required.

The post in the members forum says it is via Skype.

And I've only had one WA member expressing interest in attending.

Just to clarify, we have the general meeting at 4pm which won't be minuted, followed by our NC meeting which we have the agenda for...

I've had a couple of people ask for details but no actuals confirmations yet to attend the general meeting. I guess either way, it's something for us to discuss at our meeting...
